Getting Used to a Routine!
Hi Everyone! I haven't been around for a while. I have never been very good at
keeping a schedule. I have had a few things going on in my other life so I just
loose track of the time. I will get this, other people do it, so can I!
Below is a card that I created with the "floating reinker technique". I saw this
on YouTube in a video created by Sandi MacIver. I love it, it is so much fun. It
is a watercolor technique. First you heat emboss an open image onto watercolor paper,
then you add water to the area you want to color in. Just drop in color and let it
spread and combine and you get results like I did below.
I used Cucumber Crush cardstock cut at 8 1/2x5 1/2, scored at 4 1/4. Basic black, cut
at 4x51/4 for layering. watercolor paper cut at 33/4x5 for stamping and painting. I will
include a list of supplies below.
I plan to be doing a lot more creating with new products form the Stampin' Up
new 2016-2017 catalog which is going live June 1st! Can't wait!
